Hiren Patel is an American professional poker player from Darien, Illinois, with over $238K in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $34,320 came when he finished in 3rd place at the 34th WSOP in May 2003.
Hiren Patel recorded his first live cash in December 2003, Patel made a significant impact by placing 15th in the $10,000 + $200 WPT No Limit Hold’em Championship at the Bellagio Five-Diamond World Poker Classic in Las Vegas, earning $29,097.
A decade later, in June 2013, Patel continued to demonstrate his skill at the 44th World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas. Here, he competed in the $1,500 No Limit Hold’em Event #14, where he achieved 4th place and took home $140,143.
Furthermore, on June 7, 2014, Patel further cemented his reputation by participating in the $1,500 No Limit Hold’em Event #19 at the 45th WSOP in Las Vegas. He finished 7th in this event, earning $64,911.
Few days later, on June 14, 2014, Patel competed in the $10,000 No Limit Hold’em – Six Handed Event #32 at the same series. In this event, he achieved 10th place and received $49,061.

Transitioning to November 2021, Patel participated in the $10,000 No Limit Hold’em Main Event Event #67 at the 52nd WSOP in Las Vegas. He concluded this event in 139th place, earning $50,900.
Most recently, in July 2024, Patel entered the $777 No Limit Hold’em – Lucky 7’s – 7-Handed Bracelet Event #93 at the 55th WSOP in Las Vegas. Despite a challenging field, he placed 302nd and earned $3,677.
