Gary’s first recorded live cash occurred in May 2004 at the 35th WSOP in Las Vegas. He finished in 1st place in a $1,000 Seniors No Limit Hold’em, winning his best live cash of $136,960 to date.

In January 2006, Gary entered in a $1,500 + 70 No Limit Hold’em at the Gold Strike World Poker Open in Tunica. He made 1st place finish, winning $116,251.

Following this, in May 2006, Gary played in a $1,000 + 60 No Limit Hold’em at the Mandalay Bay Poker Championship in Las Vegas. He clinched another victory, winning $92,675.

Then, in April 2008, he played in a $25,000 + 500 No Limit Hold’em at the WPT World Championship in Las Vegas. Gary ended up in 25th place, taking home $79,145.
