Gary Dolenga’s first recorded live cash occurred in December 2004 at the Five-Diamond World Poker Classic in Las Vegas. He finished in 25th place in a $3,000 + 100 No Limit Hold’em, cashing $7,180.

In January 2005, Gary played in a $1,000 + 60 No Limit Hold’em during the Bellagio Weekly Tournaments. He finished in 6th place and cashed $5,020.

Following this, he joined in a $1,000 + 60 No Limit Hold’em at the WSOPC in San Diego in March 2006. He finished in 1st place and won his biggest live cash of $48,975.

Month after, in April 2006, he entered in a $2,500 + 100 Seniors No Limit Hold’em at the Fourth Annual Five-Star World Poker Classic. Gary placed 7th and cashed $10,095.

Later in August of that year, he participated in a $1,000 + 80 No Limit Hold’em during the Bellagio Cup II in Las Vegas. Gary finished in 4th place and earned $24,375.

Fast forward to July 2014. At the 45th WSOP, he took home $22,678. In this event, Gary engaged in a $10,000 World Championship – No Limit Hold’em Event #65 and placed 488th.

In June 2019, Gary competed in a $1,000 No Limit Hold’em Event #28 at the 50th WSOP. He ended up in 254th place, earning $1,753.
