Fu Wong’s first live cash was recorded in January 2006 at the L.A. Poker Classic in Los Angeles. He participated in $340 No Limit Hold’em, placing 3rd and earned $110,570.

Wong achieved his best live cash in June 2008 by competing in $10,000 World Championship Seven Card Stud at the 39th WSOP. He secured 2nd place, bringing home $259,910 in prize money.

A couple of days later, he finished 5th in $ 2,000 Limit Hold’em, also at the 39th WSOP, taking home $51,542.
