Frankie O’Dell is an American professional poker player originally from Denver, Colorado, and currently residing in Long Beach, California. He has earned over $3.2 million in live tournament winnings, along with three WSOP bracelets and five WSOPC rings. His largest live cash, totaling $776,385, was achieved when he finished as the runner-up in the 2006 Legends of Poker.
Frankie O’Dell’s first live cash was recorded in August 1997. He participated in a $100 + 20 Limit Hold’em tournament at the Heavenly Hold’em event in Los Angeles. O’Dell secured 3rd place and took home $3,610.
He won his first WSOP bracelet in May 2003. O’Dell competed in a $1,500 Omaha Hi-Lo Split event during the 34th WSOP in Las Vegas. He claimed 1st place and received $133,760.
Three years later, in August 2006, O’Dell achieved his largest live payout at the 2006 Legends of Poker in Los Angeles. He finished 2nd in a $9,700 + 300 WPT Championship Event No Limit Hold’em, earning $776,385.

Frankie secured his third WSOP bracelet in June 2019. He played in a $10,000 Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better Championship Event at the 50th WSOP in Las Vegas. O’Dell finished 1st and won $443,641.
In a recent appearance in September 2024, O’Dell entered in a $515 + 85 H.O.R.S.E. Ring Event at the WSOP Circuit in Lincoln, Northern California. He ended up in 12th place, earning $1,295
