Frank Sinopoli recorded his first live cash in October 2002. He participated in a $10 No Limit Hold’em during the Costa Rica Classic in San Jose. He finished in 3rd place and cashed $4,970.

In May 2004, Frank played in a $3,000 Pot Limit Hold’em at the 35th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He finished in 6th place and earned $43,600.
