Fedor Holz was born in Saarbrücken, Germany, on July 25, 1993. Even though he didn’t have the best childhood, he didn’t let it affect him. Holz went on to study informatics at university. During his time in college, he formed relationships with people who supported themselves through poker winnings. They inspired his interest in the game. Though he knew very little about it at the time. Fedor got so caught up in it that he decided to completely drop out of school so he could focus on his poker career.

When he turned 18, he made the decision to give online poker a try because he wanted to get better as soon as possible. By playing multiple tables at once, he was better able to figure out his potential areas for improvement. Fedor Holz plays online poker the nickname “CrownUpGuy,”

In 2013 and 2014, Fedor confidently demonstrated his skill as a top-tier player, engaging in high-stakes events that showcased his exceptional abilities on the global stage. In 2014, he experienced a breakthrough year that significantly impacted his online presence, marking a turning point in his poker journey. The following year, in 2015, he ventured into the realm of Super High Rollers, showcasing his growing confidence and ambition on a grander stage.

Fedor Holz’s run actually began in 2015, when he added $3,492,364 live event winnings. He asserts that he felt his game was at its sharpest at this point.

The results didn’t take long to start coming in. Fedor won the PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker Main Event that same year for $1.3 million.

In the months that followed, Holz became more active in the live tournaments. Facing off against some of the world’s finest players was a major challenge for him, requiring a significant adjustment. Fedor feels most at home in high-roller tournaments with large buy-ins and modest fields.

He had a string of excellent performances in May, June, and July of 2016, winning more than $11,000,000 in that brief time frame alone.

Fedor Holz’s triumph in the $111,111 High Roller for One Drop stood out as one of his most significant accomplishments. Earning nearly $5,000,000 and bagging his first WSOP bracelet along the way.
