Emad Alabsi’s first recorded live cash occurred in December 2003, he entered a $1,500 + $70 Pot Limit Hold’em event at the Bellagio Five-Diamond World Poker Classic in Las Vegas. He finished in 4th place and earned $18,333.

Following this, in April 2005, he participated in the Third Annual Five-Star World Poker Classic in Las Vegas. He finished in 2nd place in a $5,000 + $150 No Limit Hold’em event, earning $202,455.
