Ebony Kenney

Ebony Kenney is an American poker player and streamer who lives in Miami, Florida. The former model has over $3.2 million in career earnings. For more than two decades of playing, Ebony Kenney is an inspiring icon who believes that women can be excellent in playing poker. She is currently 17th place in the Women’s All Time Money List.

Ebony Kenney Early Life

Ebony started modeling in 2010, Prior to this, she was a former makeup artist for five years. Influenced by her former boyfriend, she began playing $20 tournaments with friends and her interest in poker grew. Since then, she consistently plays and has significantly increased her poker skills.

Ebony Kenney Poker Career

Ebony Kenney officially debuted her poker career at the 2007 Bellagio Weekly Tournaments in Las Vegas. In the $1k + 80 NLH, she finished eighth among 132 entries  for over $2,500. Ending her 2007 cashing at the WSOP Circuit in Atlantic City. Finishing 25th place at $1K NLH for $1,278 and eighth place at $200 NLH – Ladies event for $1,968. 

In 2010, she joined the Florida State Poker Championships at Pompano Beach. She finished third place at the $175 + 25 NLH Ladies Championships for $1,510 and had her first first place in the $500 + 50 NLH for $9,315.

At the 2011 Isle Open, she victoriously won at the $1,600 NLH – Bounty for $23,878. Kenney won another event in October that year, at the Isle Open Poker. In the $330 NLH for $24,990 this was one of her top cashes at the time.  

Ebony launched a Twitch channel in 2019 to broadcast her poker experiences to viewers around the world. She amassed a sizable base in just a year, given her outstanding performance in livestreams. She also joined ACR Team Pros at Americas Cardroom in 2020. 

2021 was also a good year for Ebony. She accomplished first place for $41,164 at the $500 NLH Mystery Bounty $250K GTD-  Fall Poker Series. She Also managed to finish in fourth place for over $4,000 at the $550 NLH – RunGood Poker Series. 

During the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series in Kyrenia, she performed exceptionally well as she got her Top cash to date. Alongside entrepreneur Phil Nagy, she competed in the $200K Coin Rivet International in 2022. She came in fifth place and earned $1,700,000.

Ebony joined another event in the same series,  in the $25K NLH – 8 Handed, she placed fifth again for over $240,000.

Kenney recently joined (Sept 07,23) the $600 NLH $150K GTD – 2023 Wynn Signature Series. Finishing in 16th place, Kenney cashed over $2,300 for her efforts. Additionally, Hendon Mob claims that Kenney has approximately $2,390,898 in tournament winnings  as per writing.
