Doug Saab is an American professional poker player from Birmingham, Alabama, with over $828.7K in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $130,305 came when he finished in 1st place at the 28th WSOP in April 1997. During his poker career, he clinched his first ring at the WSOPC Tunica in January 2006.

Doug Saab’s first recorded live cash occurred in December 1989 during the Hall of Fame Poker Classic in Las Vegas. He finished in 1st place in a $1,500 + 50 Limit 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo, winning $83,400.

During the 28th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas in April 1997, he clinched another victory. Doug took part in a $1,500 7 Card Stud Spit and won his biggest live cash of $130,305.

In January 2000, Doug played in a $500 + 40 Limit Hold’em during the Carnivale of Poker III in Las Vegas. He finished in 2nd place and earned a cash prize of $54,720.

At the 33rd WSOP in May 2002, he took home $67,680. Doug participated in a $2,500 Omaha Hi/Lo Split and finished in 2nd place.

On January 16th, 2006, Doug competed in a $500 + 50 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo at the WSOP Circuit in Tunica. He clinched victory and $25,490 added to his winnings.

Later in July of that year, he participated in a $1,500 Limit Hold’em at the 37th WSOP. Doug reached the final table, by placing in 5th place and cashed $57,412.

Most recently, in March 2022, he competed in a $400 Omaha 8 or Better/ Stud 8 or Better Event #11 at the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown in Hollywood. Doug placed 11th and earned $800.
