Kitai dreams of a career in professional football during his youth. He pursued economics in college before venturing to Los Angeles at 22 to refine his English. Kitai’s poker journey set sail on September 11th, 2006, at the €550 No Limit Hold’em event of the European Poker Tour (EPT) Barcelona in Spain, where he secured 21st spot, garnering $1,799. On December 16th, 2006, he emerged victorious in the €1,000 EFOP Gold Championship – No Limit Hold’em event at the Euro Finals of Poker 10th Edition in Paris, claiming 1st position and pocketing $40,813.

Two years later, on September 10th, 2008, he competed in the EPT PSLIVE €8,250 No Limit Hold’em – EPT Main Event in Barcelona, finishing 3rd and pocketing $649,036. Following this success, he participated in the WSOP $10,000 World Championship Pot Limit Hold’em event at the 40th World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2009 in Las Vegas, securing 4th spot and taking home $183,638 on June 23rd, 2009.

In a significant turn of events, he emerged as the champion in the WPT Celebrity Invitational event at the 2011 Poker Classic held in Los Angeles, winning $100,000 on February 19th, 2011. A year later, on April 16th, 2012, he clinched 1st position in the PSLIVE €5,300 No Limit Hold’em Main Event at the European Poker Tour (EPT) Berlin in Germany, earning $930,816.

Transitioning to more recent events, on April 4th, 2017, he participated in the HK$206,000 No Limit Hold’em at the PokerStars Championship in Macau, finishing 4th and walking away with $165,987.
