David Silverman is an American poker player, secular advocate and the president of American Atheists. He has earned over $76.8K from live poker tournaments, with his biggest live cash totaling $40,654.

David Silverman: Early Life

Born in Marblehead, Massachusetts, David attended Brandeis University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science. After graduating, he pursued an MBA in marketing at Pennsylvania State University and obtained an Advanced Graduate Certificate in International Business from Seton Hall University. Before being elected as president of American Atheists on September 16, 2010, he held several key roles within the organization. His journey began as the New Jersey State Director, followed by serving as the Communications Director, and eventually stepping into the role of Vice President.
