David Hom

David Hom is an American poker player from Brooklyn, New York, with over $426K in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $339,501 came when he finished in 1st place at the WPT Borgata Winter Open in January 2015.

David Hom recorded his first live cash in October 2004, he entered the $500 + $65 Limit Hold’em event at the World Poker Finals in Mashantucket, placing 40th and cashing $1,050.

Following this early success, in January 2010, he participated in the $500 + $60 No Limit Hold’em Deep Stack tournament at the Borgata Winter Open in Atlantic City. There, he achieved 8th place and received $9,697.

Then, in December 2013, David competed in a $365 No Limit Hold’em event at the WSOPC Atlantic City, where he secured 4th place and took home $8,586.

In December 2014, he continued to excel by claiming 2nd place in another $365 No Limit Hold’em tournament at the WSOPC Atlantic City, earning $11,036.

Subsequently, in January 2015, David achieved his largest success in the $500 + $60 No Limit Hold’em Borgata Million at the WPT Borgata Winter Open in Atlantic City. He triumphed in 1st place and took home $339,501.

Continuing his strong performance, in March 2016, he entered a $580 No Limit Hold’em event at the WSOPC Atlantic City, finishing as the runner-up and collecting $10,643.

In June 2023, he joined the $1,500 No Limit Hold’em Millionaire Maker event at the 54th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, where he landed in 1,488th place and cashed $2,400.
