David Fox’s first recorded live cash occurred in November 2002 during the World Poker Finals in Mashantucket. He finished in 1st place in a $300 + 40 Seniors Limit Hold’em Event #20, winning $16,796.

In May 2007, David entered in a $5,000 + 150 No Limit Hold’em – Championship Event at the WSOP Circuit in New Orleans. He finished in 3rd place and earned $133,368.

Later in June of that year, he participated in a $1,000 + 60 No Limit Hold’em at the Venetian Deep Stack Extravaganza II in Las Vegas. David clinched victory and won $109,779.
