Daniel Barnett recorded his first live cash in December 1993. He began his impressive journey by competing in a $500 No Limit Hold’em event at the Winter Oasis in Las Vegas. He finished in 1st place and won $15,000.

Moving forward, in February 1998, Barnett participated in the $300 + 30 Limit Hold’em tournament at the Poker Classic in Los Angeles. There, he achieved 1st place and earned $81,141.

Barnett continued to make his mark at the Poker Classic in Los Angeles in February 2003. He entered the $300 + 30 Limit Hold’em event and finished 2nd, earning $82,200.

His success continued when, in February 2007, he competed in the $300 + 30 No Limit Hold’em event at the same venue. Barnett claimed 1st place and received $274,320.

In addition, he made a significant achievement at the 1995 World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas. Competing in the $2,500 Limit Hold’em event, Barnett finished 4th and earn $30,225.

Furthermore, in February 1996, Barnett secured a victory at Amarillo Slim’s Superbowl of Poker in Los Angeles. He won the $500 + 40 Limit Hold’em tournament and took home $29,200.

Most recently, in June 2023, Barnett participated in the $250 No Limit Hold’em – 1pm event at the WSOP Daily Deepstacks in Las Vegas. Although he finished 140th, he still cashed $402.
