Cy Jassinowsky recorded his first live cash in June 1994. He participated in a £100 Pot Limit Hold’em
during the Four 1994 Festival Of Poker in London. He finished in 1st place and won $17,592.

Subsequently, in May 2001, he competed in a $2,000 + 100 Texas Hold’em (pot limit) at the 32nd WSOP in Las Vegas. He placed 6th and cashed for $18,335.

Following this, in August 2001, he entered the $300 + 40 No Limit Hold’em at the 2nd Annual Mid-America Poker Classic in Tunica. Cy finished 2nd place and earned $20,020.

In December 2001, Cy played in a $500 + 40 No Limit Hold’em at the United States Poker Championship in Atlantic City. He clinched another victory and won $30,810.
