Corey Cheresnick’s first recorded live cash occurred in February 1998 at the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star. He finished in 5th place in a $9,750 + 250 No Limit Hold’em Championship, securing his best live cash of $240,000.

Four months later, in July 2005, Corey engaged in a $10,000 No Limit Texas Hold’em World Championship Event at the 36th WSOP. He placed 302nd and cashed $21,070.

In June 2006, Corey played in a $1,000 No Limit Hold’em during the Bellagio Weekly Tournaments in Las Vegas. He finished in 3rd place and cashed $7,130.
