Christopher Gentile’s first recorded live cash occurred in June 2001 during the California State Poker Championship. He finished in 3rd place in a $500 + 40 Stud Hi/Lo Split, cashing $5,200.

In June 2008, Christopher played in a $10,000 World Championship 8-Game during the 39th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He secured 15th place and earned $18,048.
