Christopher Brewer AKA Chris Brewer was born in 1993. He is a San Diego, California-based American professional poker player. He competed in the 5,000-meter race for eighth place at the 2010 state championship while a track and field athlete at Rancho Buena Vista High School. Additionally, he recorded the state’s top 1,600 meter time in the same year.

He later enrolled at Oregon, where he competed in track and field. In 2013, he earned honorable mention for the Pac-12 team and placed 55th in the 8,000-meter race. He was a former distance runner for the University of Oregon Ducks track and field team, which won the national championship 31 times. In fact, he participated in his first poker hand while watching the 2012 Olympic Trials.

Chris Brewer began playing poker in 2015, making his first appearance at the $1,100 No Limit Hold’em #37 Deep Stack Extravaganza III in Las Vegas. He participated in Event #45 of the 46th World Series of Poker, a $1,500 No Limit Hold’em game, that same year, marking his debut in the tournament.
