Chad Moore’s poker career began in January 2004 when he entered the $500 + 50 Pot Limit Hold’em event at the Fifth Annual Jack Binion World Poker Open in Tunica. He finished in 11th place and cashed $2,241.

Following this, in September 2004, he participated in the $1,000 + 70 No Limit Hold’em event at the United States Poker Championship in Atlantic City. Here, he finished in 2nd place and took home $35,400.

In January 2005, Moore continued his success by playing in the $500 + 50 Limit Hold’em event at the Sixth Annual Jack Binion World Poker Open in Tunica. He secured 2nd place again, earning $71,152.

Then, in October 2005, he entered the $1,000 + 75 No Limit Hold’em event at the United States Poker Championship in Atlantic City. Once again, he finished in 2nd place, earning $50,240.

Most recently, Moore returned to poker in June 2024, competing in the $1,000 No Limit Hold’em Seniors Championship at the 55th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He finished in 714th place and cashed $2,100.
