In May 2002, Cecilia Reyes recorded her first live cash. She competed in the $1,000 Women’s Championship No Limit Hold’em at the 33rd World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. She finished in 14th place and earned $1,100.

Subsequently, in January 2003, Reyes finished 1st in the $300 + $30 Limit Hold’em event at the Fourth Annual Jack Binion World Poker Open in Tunica, securing $58,036 for her victory.

Following this success, in January 2005, Reyes played in the $2,000 + $80 Limit Hold’em tournament at the Sixth Annual Jack Binion World Poker Open in Tunica. She placed 5th and earned $18,601.

In September 2004, Reyes entered the $2,500 + $100 No Limit Hold’em event at the World Poker Tour Borgata Poker Open in Atlantic City. She finished in 8th place and cashed $16,350.

Continuing her career, in January 2005, Reyes participated in the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure on Paradise Island. She competed in the $7,800 + $200 WPT Main Event No Limit Hold’em, where she finished in 74th place and received $11,600.

Finally, in July 2006, Reyes competed in the $10,000 No Limit Texas Hold’em World Championship Event at the 37th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. She placed 374th and cashed $34,636.
