Early Life

From playing tennis professionally in his native country to playing poker professionally. Bruno Volkmann used to play poker with friends or in online freerolls. Bruno Volkmann won his first live poker tournament in late March 2015, when he competed in the European Poker Tour Main Event in Malta. The majority of his more than $6 million US dollars were earned on PokerStars, where he won a World Championship of Online Poker title in 2017, 2018, and 2021, as well as a Spring Championship of Online Poker tournament in 2021. 

Bruno also won the Super Million$ High Rollers in September 2020 with a top prize of around US$565,000. He earned more than € 740,000 in May 2022 by placing sixth and seventh at the Triton Poker Series in Madrid. Volmann reached third place in the $25,000 No-Limit Hold’em Seven Max event at the 2023 Triton Poker Super High Roller Series in London. Volkman finished second in the 2023 Triton Poker Super High Roller Series London, winning $375,300 at a $31,200 No-Limit Hold’em Bounty Turbo. He recently finished second in the 2023 Triton Poker Super High Roller Series London $63,600 No-Limit Hold’em Eight Max, winning $1,080,000.
