Blair Rodman is an American professional poker player and author from Las Vegas, Nevada, with over $2.5 million in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $707,898 came when he won at the 38th WSOP in June 2007.
Alongside his poker success, he has authored several books, including his most popular one, ‘Kill Phil‘ (2005).
Blair Rodman’s first recorded live cash occurred in January 1987 at the Grand Prix of Poker in Las Vegas. He finished in 6th place in a $2,500 Limit Hold’em cashing $10,912.
Fast forward to March 2005. At the World Poker Challenge, he earned $327,815. In this event, Blair engaged in a $5,000 + 100 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event and finished in 2nd place.
Later in July of that year, he participated in a $10,000 + 200 No Limit Hold’em Main Event at the Ultimate Poker Challenge. He placed 2nd and cashed $100,750.
Following this, Blair joined in a $2,000 No Limit Hold’em at the 38th WSOP in June 2007. He finished in 1st place and won his biggest live cash of $707,898.
At the 40th WSOP in July 2009, he took home $253,941. Blair entered in a $10,000 No Limit Hold’em World Championship and secured 34th place.
Moreover, he finished in 8th place at the 41st WSOP in June 2010, securing a prize of $72,754.
In June 2017, Blair competed in a $1,000 No Limit Hold’em – Seniors Championship Event #31at the 48th WSOP. He ended up in 60th place, earning $9,239.
