Ayhan Alsancak’s first recorded live cash occurred in March 2003 during the Vienna Spring Festival. He finished in 1st place in a €500 + 25 No Limit Holdem, winning $24,343.

Year later, on March 6th, 2004, he returned to the Vienna Spring Festival to join in a € 150 + 20 No Limit Holdem. He finished in 2nd place and cashed $8,912.
