Aram Zobian, also known as “X69Podheiser” and “Pusha T” is an American professional poker player from Cranston, Rhode Island. He has over $3,000,000 in live tournament earnings, with over 181 cashes on his record. His most significant winnings came at the 49th World Series of Poker in July 2018, in a Las Vegas event where he finished sixth and took home $1,800,000. Aram Zobian has won the second $10,500 buy-in no-limit hold ’em high roller event at the PokerGO Cup.
Zobian, a Cranston East grad who now resides in North Providence, learned poker at the age of 15. He never used to play for money until he participated in low-stakes private games. He started playing with money when he was 21.
Aram Zobian started his poker career when he participated in the 47th World Series of Poker in June 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He finished 62nd and took home $4,324.
Aram made his mark in July 2018 as the sixth-place finisher in the 49th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He played for a total of 76 hours over nine days and took home a whopping $1.8 million.
Aram won the Wynn High Rollers event in Las Vegas back-to-back in December 2020. Zobian found redemption when he bested an 18-entry field to win the tournament for $97,200. The following week offered another $10,500 High Roller on Thursday, and for the second time in a week, Zobian was victorious. He bested a 19-entry field to win the tournament for $102,600
In January 2023, he won the second $10,500 buy-in no-limit hold ’em high roller event at the PokerGO Cup, defeating a field of 83 entries to secure the title and the top prize of $207,500. The final table began with Zobian in the lead and just six contenders remaining. Cary Katz was the first to fall. The PokerGO founder and high-stakes tournament regular got all-in with his A-10 suited, leading the A-9 of Punnat Punsri. The turn brought a nine to turn the tables, though, and a blank river saw Katz eliminated in sixth place ($49,800).
He did it again in July 2023; he finished first during the PokerGO Tour 2023-PokerGo Cup in Las Vegas. Aram received a sizeable award of $83,646.
In July 2023, Aram participated in the 54th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He finished 65th and cashed $10,923. Also, he recently appeared during the PokerGO Tour in September 2023, in Las Vegas. He finished second and received $171,000 in cash.
Aram Zobian is a successful American poker player. Many people noticed him and were impressed by his total live earnings of more than $3.8 million.
