Anthony Guadagni began his poker career in September 1997. He participated in $100 No Limit Hold’em at the LA Poker Open V in Gardena. Guadagni claimed 3rd place and took home $1,400.

Just day after, Guadagni entered another $100 No Limit Hold’em, also at the LA Poker Open V. There, he took the tournament down, winning $20,000.

He achieved his best live cash in March 2006 by competing in $1,070 No Limit Hold’em at the Winnin’ o’ the Green in Los Angeles. Guadagni claimed another victory, bringing home $59,200 in prize money.

Following this, in June 2006, he claimed 4th place in $2,600 No Limit Hold’em at the Mandalay Bay Poker Championship in Las Vegas, earning $27,500.

In August 2006, Guadagni played in $230 No Limit Hold’em at the Legends of Poker in Los Angeles. He ended up in 3rd place and earned $26,040.
