Nearly a year later, on October 24th, 2007, he participated in the $600 No Limit Hold’em at the World Poker Finals, also in Mashantucket. This time, he secured 11th place and $7,020.

Subsequently, on December 13th, 2007, Pacheco entered the $3,000 No Limit Hold’em at the Mega Stack Challenge V, again in Mashantucket. He achieved a 9th-place finish and earned $9,058.
