Alfredo ‘Toto’ Leonidas is an American professional poker player who currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born in the Philippines on October 10, 1960 and he is well known for being a quiet and reserved player. 

Leonidas has accumulated over $3.5 million in live tournament winnings, with his best live cash being $388,080 from winning 1st place in the 2003 United States Poker Championship. In the same year, he clinched his first bracelet at the 34th WSOP in April 2003.

Toto Leonidas began his poker career with a win in April 1995, finishing 1st in the $200 + $30 No Limit Hold’em “Run For The Roses” event in Inglewood, which awarded him $10,880.

Subsequently, in April 2003, he won the $1,500 Seven Card Stud event at the 34th World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas, earning $98,760 and a WSOP bracelet.

Later that year, in September 2003, Leonidas secured 1st place in the $9,800 + $200 No Limit Hold’em Main Event at the 2003 United States Poker Championship in Atlantic City, which brought him $388,080.

Following this, he placed 2nd in the $2,000 Limit Hold’em event at the 36th WSOP in Las Vegas in June 2005, earning $160,185.

Then, in April 2008, Leonidas won 1st place in the $5,000 + $180 No Limit Hold’em event at the World Poker Tour Championship in Las Vegas, with a prize of $189,400.

Moreover, in June 2008, he finished 4th in the $10,000 World Championship Omaha Hi/Lo Split at the 39th WSOP in Las Vegas, earning $171,197.

In addition, in December 2008, Leonidas achieved 1st place in the $5,000 + $180 No Limit Hold’em event at the Doyle Brunson Five Diamond World Poker Classic in Las Vegas, which awarded him $171,835.

Most recently, in June 2024, he participated in the $300 No Limit Hold’em Gladiators of Poker event at the 55th WSOP in Las Vegas, finishing 1086th and earning $904.
