Alexander Kuzmin is a Russian professional poker player from St. Petersburg, with over $2 million in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $575,969 came when he finished 1st during the Southern Poker Championship in January 2011.

Alexander Kuzmin’s first recorded live cash occurred in October 2002 during the Moscow Open. He finished in 5th place in a $300 Pot Limit Hold’em, cashing $3,268.

In October 2006, Alexander played in a $2,000 + 75 No Limit Hold’em during the Russian Poker Championships in Moscow. He finished in 1st place and won $56,890.

At the 41st World Series of Poker in Las Vegas in June 2010, he earned a cash prize of $104,364. Alexander participated in a $1,500 No Limit Hold’em and secured 6th place.

During the Southern Poker Championship in Biloxi in January 2011, he clinched victory. Alexander joined in a $9,700 + 300 No Limit Hold’em – Championship Event and won his biggest live cash of $575,969.

Later in June of that year, he participated in a $2,500 No Limit Hold’em – 6 Handed at the 42nd WSOP. Alexander reached the final table by placing 4th and earned $57,236.

On June 30th, 2018, Alexander competed in a $888 No Limit Hold’em – Crazy Eights Event #62 at the 49th WSOP. He finished in 5th place and earned a cash prize of $201,888.

Most recently, in October 2019, he competed in a ₽131,600 No Limit Hold’em – Main Event at the European Poker Tour in Sochi. Alexander placed 72nd and cashed $4,025.
