Al Ardebili is an American professional poker player from Jersey City, New Jersey, with over $1.6 million in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $1,498,650 came when he won at the WPT Borgata Poker Open in September 2005.

Al Ardebili: Live Tournament Participation

Al Ardebili’s first recorded live cash occurred in November 2003 during the Showdown at the Sands in Atlantic City. He finished in 10th place in a $200 + 25 No Limit Hold’em, cashing $2,622.

In January 2005, Al played in a $9,500 + 500 Championship Event – No Limit Hold’em at the WSOPC in Atlantic City. He finished in 12th place and earned $33,117.

Following this, he joined in a $1,500 + 70 No Limit Hold’em during the Mirage Poker Showdown in May 2005. He finished in 7th place and cashed $10,950.

Later in July of that year, Al participated in a $200 + 30 No Limit Hold’em during the Palms No Limit Hold’em Summer Poker Serie. He clinched victory and won $9,310.

Two months later, in September 2005, he entered in a $9,700 + 300 No Limit Hold’em – Championship Event at the WPT Borgata Poker Open. He finished in 1st place and won his biggest live cash of $1,498,650.

At the Fourth Annual Five-Star World Poker Classic in April 2006, he earned $40,385. Al engaged in a $2,500 + 100 No Limit Hold’em and secured 4th place.

In May 2006, Al competed in a $5,000 H.O.S.E. at the WSOPC in Las Vegas. He ended up in 3rd place, earning $32,500.
