Pepe Turns The Nuts In a $430,000 Pot
Last week on Hustler Casino Live, we saw Pepe and Bobo playing for close to a half-a-million dollar pot during a $100/$200/$400 game with $5.3 million on the table, the most in Hustler Casino Live History.
Around five hours into the stream, there was a hand that developed between Pepe and Bobo. Pepe started the hand with $212,200 in his stack and Bobo had $280,600. Pepe on the button opened to $2,000 with A♣️9♣️. Bobo in the Small Blind looked down and found 10♦️8♦️ and decided to call, followed by calls as well from Nik Airball in Big Blind and Henry in Third Blind, taking us to the flop with a pot of $8,200.
The flop came 9♠️J♣️7♣️, which gave Bobo the stone cold nuts with a straight while Pepe was drawing live for the nut flush draw. Bobo bet $5,000, which resulted in Nik Airball folding. Henry called the 5k and then it was over to Pepe who raised to $20,000. Bobo then re-raised of $55,000, causing Henry to fold and Pepe to sit back and take a minute. He eventually called and they went to the turn with the pot sitting at $123,200.
Turns The Nuts: The TURN
The 10♣️ came on the turn, completing the nut flush for Pepe and putting him in front. Bobo, not deterred bet $50,000 and Pepe quickly replied with an all-in raise of $153,700. After a long tank, Bobo made the call and they went to the river with a pot of $430,600. Although, sadly nothing could save Bobo as he was drawing dead when the money went in.
