Fellow player Andrew Robl, among others, has accused Kabrhel of engaging in this unfair practice.

Even poker veteran Phil Hellmuth, typically reserved on poker cheating scandals, expressed discomfort by retweeting the allegations. As the controversy unfolds, Kabrhel defiantly vows to pursue legal action against Andrew Robl, setting the stage for a high-stakes battle that may forever impact the world of poker. 

A Twitter-shared video clip purportedly showcasing Kabrhel’s questionable behaviour further fuelled the controversy.

Chance Kornuth Expounds on the Allegations of Cheating.

Kornuth’s perspective suggests that Kabrhel may be cheating or intentionally creating the perception of cheating to gain an advantage. Regardless of the exact scenario, Kornuth argues for Kabrhel’s ban and highlights his past cheating accusations as a means of intimidation. 

Kabrhel’s behavior, such as examining players’ cards and engaging in angle shooting, is disruptive and violates the rules. Kornuth urges the poker community to act against Kabrhel’s actions. Which create a negative playing environment and discourage players from participating.

Additionally, Kornuth mentions Kabrhel’s abusive conduct towards Alex Kulev during a recent $250K final table. Further highlighted the need to address and eliminate such behaviour in the game.

Kabrhel’s representatives recently took to Twitter to share a significant development regarding the ongoing legal matter. They have posted a Notice of Legal Claims & Preservation Demand directed towards Justin Bonomo, Chance Kornuth, PokerGO, Andrew Robl, and Daniel S. Smith. Attached to the tweet is the letter composed by Kabrhel’s team, addressing the individuals accused in the case.
