The Cut-Off straddled $500 and Dentist Dave on the Button called with K♦️J♦️ and $52,900 in his stack. He was followed by Henry in the Big Blind with 6♠️2♠️ and $228,800 in his stack. One more call from the High-Jack and a check from the straddler and they went to the flop four-ways.

The board flopped A♠️3♣️9♥️ ,Henry first to act took a $2k stab at the pot with nothing but 6 high & a backdoor flush draw, All three players called and they went to the turn, with a relatively small pot.

The turn came the J♠️ and brought Henry one step closer to the flush. he checked, and so did the other three, including Dentist Dave who made top pair on the turn. 

The K♠️ on the river completed Henry’s flush. Although with it only being a 6-high and with three players behind him, he just checked, as did the High-Jack and the straddler. Then, Dentist Dave decided to juice it up with a 5x pot bet all in after making two pair on the river.

Henry, certain to have thought he was up against a stronger flush, laid down his cards. The remaining positions folded as well and Dentist Dave was victorious in a $60,700 pot. Safe to say Henry might never fold a flush again because after seeing Dentist Dave’s cards, he looked distraught.
