Keating decided to make a $2k straddle in the Cut-Off. The +1 limped into the pot and the action folded to Keating with 7♣️4♠️ who called as well. Next, the BTN folded and the action arrived back at the beginning, with a call from the Big Blind. Stanley in the Small Blind with J♦️9♠️ called. Next up, UTG raised to $17k and was called by all 4 other players and they went 5-ways to the flop.

The board flopped 8♠️5♠️6♠️ and like magic, Alan Keating the straddler flopped a straight.

for Stanley, the 7♠️ would be the dream card to come which would make a straight flush, but If the 7♠️ was to be dealt it would be an incredible cooler for Keating who would have the tail-end of a straight flush.
